Holiday Inn Express International Drive, now known as the I Drive Inn.

Had money stolen from locked safe, management useless. Contact since having been back revealed that they are now owned by an out of state bank and have replaced all staff (yeah right!). Will not refund the charge for the use of the safe that we had to pay for the time that we were there, which as the money was stolen from the safe is a bit of a p*** take (someone else has been trying to get a satisfactory response from them as they wanted to basically check them out before they took them off of their accomodation website).

Avoid.

Sad

After your experience I'd be put off staying at any small independent hotel.

Did your insurance pay out?

We've filled out the majority of the claim form, though it contradicts itself. We couldn't find the police report after our move, the form says to put in your claim number if you don't have your report. But at the end of the form it says it must be enclosed  Confused Matt says we should contact the police and get a copy of it, but I think we should send it off to see what they say. We've not heard anything from the police since the night that they came out.

I think you should send it in anyway, if they need the form they'll ask!

wonder what I need to do
when I type in
www.disneyworldinfo.co.uk

I get that the site is down and I have to paste the url into the box at the top. Then I only get two topics
where to stay and another one

Once I've written something-then I get the full list.

Very strange.

Off to London in the morning with Yvonne and Toby (Peter comes later)-and as usual Nero fiddles while Rome burns!
