Looking at the town houses to keep the cost down, just in case we go for those "expensive" flights.  However, some of the villas there are coming in cheap.

How much are they asking San? FVO rent townhouses there too

or if you don't mind where you stay, the generic plan is really cheap. They only rent a few estates and Southern Dunes is about as far out as they go.

Just got an offer of $1400 inc for 3 weeks.  Bloody good.  Takes the price of the hol to £2660-ish exc car, so far.  Just juggling with figures to present to Ron!
