West Coast Vacation

Caz is getting the holiday booking bug again...this time for 2010.
She wants to go to Vegas, LA and Hawaii.
Just for a fortnight, 4 days in Vegas, 4 days LA and then the rest of the time in Hawaii.
Is this realistic?
Vegas she wants to stay at the Bellagio or the Venetian, LA or Anaheim she's not sure, was actually looking at the Crowne Plaza near Anaheim.
Hawaii, not a bloody clue!
Any tips?

That's a big ask for 2 weeks but can be done
The Bellagio and the Venetian are both pricey hotels but are very swish. If you looking at gaming you might find low limit tables more difficult to locate there than the more moderate hotels.
We like staying at the Signature which is part of the MGM Grand

In Anaheim we stay at the Embassy Suites which is close to Disneyland and has the wonders of a free breakfast (Mmmmm, omlettes) and the Managers Reception in the evenings.

Hawaii?? I have never been but I did used to watch Hawaii Five-0 and it looked really nice if that helps??

I'd skip Vegas and just do a week in LA and a week in Hawaii.
Actually I'd probably skip Hawaii too and just do 2 weeks in LA
Added to the fact I was 16 when I went to Vegas and didn't find it all that exciting, my advice is probably useless here

Thats one of the things I'm worried about with Vegas...it might have lots for me and Caz, but not much for Hollie.
Still, Caz has just told me that she wants at least 18 days for a west coast!!!

What is there that Caz wants to do in Vegas? Gaming? Shopping? Site seeing? Shows?
Circus Circus is a good casino for kids as there is the Adventuredome but the rest are really adult playgrounds.

We've avoided Vegas because we've been told by everyone who's been it is NOT for kids.
I think it's maybe more a place to visit for just you and Caz.
Doing LA & Hawaii as a 2 centre stay would be brilliant. Down sides would be VERY expensive and long plane journeys

She's bought guidebooks (I wonder if the Veness' family do a guide to Vegas
) for all three places....I think she's serious.
