Paid more than I wanted, but managed to get a GOOD late booking in Silver Creek.  A bit further out than we normally go, but right next to Walmart and a Chilis...almost don't need park tickets!!! ROFL

Please you found somewhere. Is it really that busy at the moment? They'd have us believe trade is quieter.

REALLY busy - took over a week to find places with availability, especially nice places.  We did think of a condo, but many of them were booked up or unavailable for some of our stay.  And I'm VERY choosy - must have washer/dryer and full oven, domestic goddess that I am ;-)   Just got our Disney tickets...prices appear to have gone up today, or the 14 for 7 has finished on some sites.  We decided to stick with Disney, and had a lovely conversation with a CM in the US!!!!  They still have their 14 for 7 on, no credit card charges, so paid £675.

I haven't looked at Universal, Nic.  I think it will be too busy so close to the WWHP launch.

From what I've read it's not *that* bad - I've done a bit of a dodgy and booked one of their packages to get early entry/breakfast but have removed the tickets (staying at Vistana)
